Committee Employment Conditions

The Committee Employment Conditions consists of three delegates of FNL-member companies. They define the employment policy that has to be initiated end they participate in the negotiations with the employee-organisations. Since the year 2000 the employment conditions committees of the leather industry and the leather processing industry (shoe- and leather goods industry) have been integrated, because in the future there will probably be a single collective bargain for both industries.
